Bertha “Biddy” Beasley is the mother of Jon Steven Beasley, the owner of the collection prior to his passing that you see before you. Biddy was the daughter of Martin and Agnes Driscoll.
This miniature is the only known miniature or cameo by Minerva Teichert that has made it to the public to be seen.
